Standard Basket Stretcher

The Standard Basket Stretcher is a rigid, high-strength rescue stretcher designed for hand carry, rope, or helicopter operations. Featuring multiple integrated handholds, lifting points, and a foot plate, it is suitable for a broad range of technical rescue scenarios. The newly engineered shell enhances overall performance, making the stretcher highly adaptable across demanding environments.

Constructed from high-density cross-linked polyethylene, the shell is resistant to cracking and splintering. Its non-absorbent, high-visibility orange finish will not rust or corrode and withstands exposure to chemicals, body fluids, petroleum products, and extreme temperatures. The smooth surface allows for easy cleaning and disinfection. A permanently fixed tubular aluminium frame reinforces the shell, providing exceptional rigidity and load strength.

Moulded-in runners and ergonomic handholds, combined with built-in brass grommets, create four strategically positioned lifting points to ensure safe and controlled raising or lowering of the patient.
