Laerdal Thomas Select Tube Holder (Adult)

The Thomas Select Tube Holder is meticulously designed to securely hold advanced airway devices such as endotracheal tubes (ETs), laryngeal mask airways (LMAs), and other supraglottic airway devices (SGAs). It is used post-insertion into the trachea or oesophagus to mitigate the risk of inadvertent extubation. This device is intended for individuals aged eight and above, requiring short-term (under 24 hours) airway-tube device management. 

How to use:

1. Position the head strap correctly to avert any slippage
2. For swift release of the tube clamp, press the unlock button.
3. If needed, adjust the removable hook tab on the strap for smaller neck sizes.
