Who Can Use Orthoplast Memory Thermoplastic?

These thermoplastic sheets are intended for medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists involved in splinting and orthotic treatments. They are suitable for creating and adjusting splints used on both upper and lower extremities.

Benefits of Elastic Memory

The material’s 100% elastic memory allows the sheet to return to its original shape after heating. This property makes it ideal for serial splinting, as it can be reheated and remoulded repeatedly without losing its structural properties.

Translucent Material Advantage

When the thermoplastic reaches its activation temperature, it becomes translucent, allowing clinicians to clearly see the treatment area during application. This helps improve positioning accuracy and reduces the risk of unintended self-bonding during heating.
